Polyester is the ideal fabric to use when sublimating images.  We use 6oz interlock knit 100% polyester, 6.5oz polyblend (65%poly/35%cotton) polyester and 4.5% 100% ring spun polyester. All fabrics are safe for use with children and meet the CPSIA compliance guidelines for children's products.

What is CPSIA?

CPSIA or Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act was passed by Congress in 2008 to better regulate the safety of products made and imported for sale in the U.S. CPSIA also states that all manufactures must-have products intended for children tested for harmful levels of lead and phthalates and certified by a qualified lab.
